We are looking for someone with a technical background and a can-do attitude. As our Customer Success Engineer, you will be part of the Operations team where you carry out projects for our customers around the world. Next to ensuring the successful implementation of the Pozyx Enterprise system for new customers, you will also help our existing Enterprise customers with their technical problems. You’ll also assist the sales team with technical proposals, help improve the overall customer experience of our product by updating tutorials and manuals, do the acceptance testing of new software and hardware. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and to guide the transition to this new accurate positioning technology in international companies.

Key responsibilities


  • Ensure the successful implementation of our Enterprise system for our clients. Manage and deliver customer projects on-time world-wide.

  • Work pro-actively on the best customer experience.

  • Solve the technical problems of our current Enterprise customers.

  • Together with our Sales team, you will approach potential prospects from a technical angle and assist in the pre-sales process by writing technical proposals.

  • Understand the needs and requirements of the customer, identify the underlying reasons, match these to the current functionalities of our Enterprise system, and communicate the gaps with our R&D team.

  • Describe and perform acceptance tests of new software and hardware.

  • Work closely with the R&D team on how to improve the system based on customer & market needs and own insights.

  • Conceive and write tutorials and documentation to help customers.


Profile we are looking for


  • You have a Master degree in engineering and/or computer science or similar.

  • You are not afraid to have a commercial discussion with end users, CTOs, plant managers, and customers in general.

  • You have basic programming skills (C, Python or Java).

  • You have experience in computer networking.

  • You can work independently and manage your own responsibilities. You take ownership of your work.

  • You speak and write English fluently. 

  • Willingness to travel abroad to customers. 

  • You are organized, meticulous, and a team player.
