This is a permanent office-based position, located in Ghent (Belgium)
We are looking for an Inside Customer Champion to stimulate new business through inbound and outbound Sales & Care activities including lead nurturing, outbound customer & prospect calling, inbound customer enquiries and other creative activities (provide online demo's, explain standard fact sheets,...) that lead to opening sales opportunities. The first focus of the position will be to handle, process and stimulate new sales leads for the Sales Development team.
You will actively contribute to the Global expansion and growth of our Enterprise products and solutions by centralising all inbound customer leads, analysing the exact customer need and determine the most optimal next steps to create a customer offer and/or book a customer visit using all available (sales) resources in our company. Furthermore, you will support the Sales Development and Sales OEM teams in the administration of price offers, tenders and contracts.
You will play a key role towards our existing customers (inbound) and potential prospects (outbound) as the first point of contact for sales stimulation and customer care, therefore team-spirit, enthusiasm, persistence and creativity are key to your success.
Manage leads and steer opportunities through inbound and outbound phone/ mail contacts
Qualify all generated leads through phone contacts and propose the most optimal sales channel
Document Enterprise and OEM sales activities in the sales tool
Create simple customer quotes and follow-up sales offers during the sales process
Actively engage in lead management together with the sales-team
Handle and dispatch inbound care calls from existing customers
Plan, prepare and host online (product) demo's for customers
We are looking for a new enthusiastic and motivated colleague who is open, honest, dedicated and motivated, with a good sense of humour and scale-up DNA. We would prefer:
Experience in Inside Sales and/ or Customer Care role
Fluent communication skills in English, Dutch & French (other languages are a plus)
Comfortable with phone contacts, for both existing customers and potential clients, inbound and outbound, sales stimulation and carefrontation
Strong administrative skills and experience with MS Office
Open to a creative and dynamic working culture
Ability to understand the basic technicality of the product (experience in Industrial IOT is a plus)
