Inside Sales Engineer

Ghent, Belgium

In order to further expand our international growth, we are looking for an additional inside sales engineer. You are commercially oriented and can identify and follow up on new leads as well as continue to support our regular partners and customers with the necessary information and a professional approach. You are a strong communicator, but you are also an administrative talent. You have a great affinity with technology and its use within Industry 4.0 in which we have the most customers. You have a goal-oriented professional approach - teamwork is key. We provide solid internal training to gain more technical knowledge of our products, relevant knowledge in RTLS, IoT or industry 4.0 is a plus.

Job Description

  • You qualify and follow up on new incoming opportunities from all over the world
  • You give demos (via web conference, at the office, or at the customer)
  • You work together with the marketing team to identify and contact new leads
  • You work together with the sales team on larger opportunities
  • You prepare quotes and proposals
  • You manage your sales activities in Hubspot CRM


  • You have a first commercial experience as a sales or account manager
  • You get energy from chasing leads and converting them into effective sales
  • You are tech-savvy with knowledge of IoT or Industry 4.0
  • you have a B driver's license
  • You are customer friendly
  • You are a team player
  • You have proficient knowledge of Dutch & English
  • You do not have a 9-5 mentality
