As we continue to scale our platform and expand into new markets, we’re looking for a QA & IoT Test Engineer who wants to work at the intersection of software, hardware, and real-world IoT deployments.

About the Role
As a QA & IoT Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our asset tracking platform. You’ll test new software releases, validate system behavior using real hardware, build automated tests, create simulations, and help ensure our customers get best-in-class experiences.
This is an ideal role for a hands-on junior or medior engineer who enjoys both software and physical devices, likes solving problems, and wants to grow in a fast-moving deep-tech company.
What You’ll Do
- Test new software releases through manual and automated regression testing.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using frontend Cypress (JavaScript).
- Create demo simulations that simulate realistic asset tracking scenarios for sales and technical showcases.
- Update user documentation, manuals, API references, and release notes after each release.
- Perform real-world field tests with Pozyx hardware to validate accuracy, geofencing, and analytics.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
- Basic software testing experience (coursework, projects, or internship).
- Basic programming or scripting experience (Python or JavaScript preferred).
- Interest in IoT systems, sensors, and hardware testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to learn.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or similar test frameworks.
- Experience creating technical documentation or user manuals.
- Familiarity with Git and basic version control workflows.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP, ports, connectivity troubleshooting).
