North America Operations & Partner Manager
Pozyx is growing and needs someone to scale how its RTLS solutions are delivered there. That means running customer deployments and building a network of implementation, integration and installation partners who can deliver more and more of the work on their own.
Ideally start in Belgium or USA, working on live projects with our operations and technical teams. Once you can work independently, you’ll become the operational link between headquarters, U.S. customers and Global partners.
Success means customers and partners deploy, adopt and expand Pozyx solutions.

What you’ll do
Customer delivery: Own deployments from sales handover through go-live. Run discovery workshops, turn operational needs into functional requirements, help shape SOWs and implementation plans, and coordinate customers, Pozyx engineering and partners through testing, customizing, training and the transition to support.
Partner management: Act as the main operational contact for partners. Assess their capabilities and capacity, match them to projects, set expectations on scope and quality, and run regular partner reviews.
Partner enablement: Build onboarding, training and certification programs alongside our technical specialists. Maintain playbooks and templates, coach partners through their first deployments, and decide when each partner is ready to work independently.
Building North American operations: Standardize delivery processes, improve the sales-to-operations handover, forecast implementation capacity, and reduce reliance on Belgium-based resources for routine U.S. projects.
Training path
- Belgium immersion: hands-on training in Pozyx UWB, BLE and GPS hardware, the software platform, site surveys, commissioning, integrations and our core use cases (WIP, asset tracking, forklift/MHE, yard).
- Progressive ownership: run workshops, plans and go-lives on European and North American projects.
U.S.: North American operations and partner enablement.
Requirements
- 4–8 years in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting or project delivery
- Track record of turning business requirements into working system or process solutions
- Has taken projects through requirements, design, testing, training and go-live
- Experienced in leading customer workshops and coordinating business and technical teams without formal authority
- Strong English; comfortable working internationally
- Willing to travel 30–50% and to relocate/live in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, IT, engineering, supply chain or a related field
Nice to have
ERP, MES or WMS implementation
- Partner, system-integrator or customer-success management
- Manufacturing, logistics or warehouse environments
- IoT, industrial automation or systems integration
No RTLS or UWB experience is needed. We’ll train you.
Success at 12–18 months
You can run the operational side of a typical U.S. deployment on your own, partners handle installation and commissioning using Pozyx methods, and the U.S. business can scale without rebuilding the Belgian operations team stateside.
Pozyx is interested in qualified candidates who are eligible to work in Belgium. However, no visa or relocation sponsorship is available.
