Startup in Ghent collects 1.3 million euro with indoor GPS system

Ghent - March 2019 - Pozyx recently raised 1.3 million euros in a capital round led by Saffelberg investments. This investment will further boost the commercialization of their scalable positioning system. Pozyx is a spin-off of Ghent University, specialized in accurate indoor positioning for the Internet of Things. In 2015, the company started a successful crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. out is Pozyx countries with customers in more than 60 and expanded the team to 15 people.

GENT - Maart 2019 – Recent haalde Pozyx 1,3 miljoen euro op in een kapitaalronde geleid door Saffelberg investments. Met deze investering wil Pozyx de commercialisatie van hun schaalbare positionerigssysteem extra kracht bijzetten. Pozyx is een spin-off van de Universiteit Gent gespecialiseerd in nauwkeurige indoor plaatsbepaling voor het Internet of Things. In 2015 startte het bedrijf op na een geslaagde crowdfunding campagne op Kickstarter. Sindsdien is Pozyx gegroeid met klanten in meer dan 60 landen en breidde het team uit tot 15 mensen.
